Our Fried Spring Rolls (Chả Giò) are a Vietnamese classic, often compared to lumpia but with their own unique twist. Each roll is filled with:
Ground pork
Carrots, taro, and wood ear mushrooms
Glass noodles (miến)
Garlic, shallots, and pepper
Wrapped in thin rice paper and fried until golden and crisp. Served with nước chấm — a sweet and tangy Vietnamese fish sauce dip — and often with fresh herbs or lettuce for wrapping.
Crispy outside, juicy and flavorful inside, these rolls are perfect as a starter, snack, or part of a combo meal with rice. A popular favorite in Makati, BGC, and Binondo!
