Our Beef Salad (Gỏi Bò) is a refreshing, tangy, and protein-packed dish made with:

• Julienned carrots, cucumber, and red onions

• Fresh herbs like mint, basil, and cilantro

• A vibrant dressing of lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili

Topped with crushed peanuts and crispy shallots for texture, it’s served chilled or at room temperature — making it perfect as an appetizer or a light lunch, especially in Manila’s tropical climate.
