The Fresh Spring Roll is the combo that first surprised Manila when we opened in 2015. Customers would push the herb basket aside like it was decoration. Once they wrapped the roll in fresh mint and lettuce and dunked it in our peanut sauce, everything changed. Today, those same customers ask for extra.
The broth is the same slow-simmered base we use across our entire Phở lineup — imported spices, real bones, hours of cooking. Not a single shortcut in the process.
