Start: Choose Your Branch First (Very Important)
- Visit so-mot.com. At the top, a popup appears: Select Delivery Location (Pioneer / Tayuman / Unimart).
- Pick the correct branch before you order. This ensures the right menu, price, and delivery radius.
- You can change branch later from the header on any page (except Home).
- Heads-up: When you switch location, the system will ask to confirm—changing branch empties your cart (to avoid cross-branch items).
- Go to Menu to explore dishes (or start with featured items on the Home page).
Human tip: Picking the right branch means faster dispatch and accurate fees—less hassle, more sulit.
Choose Your Dishes & Add to Cart
- Open Menu → filter by categories like Pho, Banh Mi, Rice Meals, Spring Rolls, Dimsum Rice Rolls, Bilao, Drinks.
- On each dish card (choose cart icon), select size/options if available, then click Add to cart.
- Prices and options are shown right on the card/quick view for transparency.
Review Cart & Proceed to Checkout
- Open the Cart/Mini-cart to review items: quantities, notes, special requests.
- Remove or adjust items as needed.
- Click Checkout when ready.
Fill Out Checkout Details (Contact, Address, Payment)
- Enter your Email (for order confirmation), Name, Phone, and Address.
- Address with Map: Use the map picker to pin your exact location. This helps us calculate delivery fees instantly and match you with the nearest available rider.
- Need a VAT invoice? Fill in Company Name and Company Address (our help text will guide you).
- Choose Pickup or Delivery (if both are available at your selected branch).
- Select Payment Method (depending on store setup): COD or Online Payment (GCash/Bank Transfer).
- Click Place order to complete.
Note: For Delivery, your estimated shipping fee is shown based on the address map. Final fee may vary slightly due to rider availability or route conditions, but we aim to keep it accurate.
After You Place the Order (What Happens Next)
- You’ll land on a Thank You page with a QR code (for GCash or bank transfer).
- If you choose online payment, scan the QR and complete the transfer.
- Upload the payment slip if prompted (or reply via email with the proof).
- Our team will verify payment and email confirmation to you.
- We then prepare your dishes and dispatch via rider (or get your pickup ready).
- You’ll receive updates and ETA if available.
COD vs Online Payment — Which One Is Best?
To help you decide between COD and online transfer for your So Mot order, here’s a quick comparison:
COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Pay the rider in cash upon delivery
- Shipping fee may be higher (+₱50 or more, depending on rider availability)
- Finding riders with cash handling can take longer, especially for orders ₱2,000+
- Sometimes slower delivery when cash coordination is needed
Online Payment (GCash, BDO)
- Pay ahead via bank transfer or GCash
- Shipping fee is usually lower and stable
- Faster & smoother delivery (no cash needed with the rider)
- Confirm payment by sending the transfer slip (upload or via email)

Why did my cart reset after changing branch?
Because each branch has its own inventory and delivery coverage. Switching location clears the cart to avoid cross-branch issues.
How is the delivery fee calculated? branch?
It’s auto-calculated using your map pin and distance. Final fee may adjust a bit based on rider availability and traffic/weather.
Can I switch to Pickup after placing a Delivery order?
Contact us ASAP via web chat/Messenger. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to switch it for you.
I need a VAT invoice—what to do?
Fill in Company Name and Company Address at checkout. If we need additional details, our team will email you.
I paid online but didn’t get an email.

What if my address is outside service coverage?
